Polaris Fashion Place is adding a coworking space late this year as part of its efforts to become more than a retail center.

COhatch, the expanding Worthington-based coworking brand founded in 2016, has signed an agreement with Polaris parent company Washington Prime Group to provide shared work, social and family space for companies and social enterprises.

“Our goal is to create experiences beyond shopping,” said Bruce Goldsberry, general manager of Polaris Fashion Place. The co-working space “is part of our long-term focus to reinvent the retail experience for our guests.”
