COLUMBUS, OHIO, May 12, 2021 – COhatch, a company with a new approach to shared work, social, and family space, will be opening a Kenwood location to welcome community members, entrepreneurs, start-ups, non-profits and larger companies looking for satellite offices close to home.
In collaboration with Brookfield Properties, COhatch will open COhatch Kenwood in Kenwood Towne Centre at 7875 Montgomery Road, adjacent to Tiffany’s, lululemon and Louis Vuitton. The space further expands COhatch’s Cincinnati footprint, following two open locations in Hyde Park and Mason and another under construction in Milford.

In addition to the building space, COhatch has re-envisioned post-Covid-19 workspace flexibility. The Kenwood space is being built to accommodate company office trends, including evolving hybrid and work-from-home models as well as to provide a consistent, comfortable home base for the increasing number of freelancers to large corporations. COhatch Kenwood will feature private offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, special event space and an outdoor patio.

As office space trends change, so, too, do lifestyle trends. COhatch Kenwood is also leaning into a model that makes it easier for members to blend work and leisure. The building will include a sports simulator with 13 sports, including golf. It will also include dining options from Columbus-based North High Brewing.
The North High Brewing presence at COhatch Kenwood is testament to the symbiotic relationships COhatch works to cultivate with its members. North High Brewing has grown across markets with COhatch, creating unique dining and beverage opportunities in COhatch Columbus, Cleveland and, now, Cincinnati locations.

North High Brewing will unveil its new North High Kitchen and Bar concept in Kenwood. “Kenwood is especially exciting for us because of the Kitchen and Bar launch. The concept is entirely new, and the brand, menu and brew are the prototype for what we’ll carry into other new spaces.”
COhatch Kenwood spaces will be available to the community for personal events after work hours and on weekends. Rental fees will fund scholarships to local non-profit organizations through the COhatch GIVE Scholarship program. Via the program, COhatch provides scholarships in each market annually to 501c3 organizations supporting issues related to human trafficking, domestic violence, homelessness, and developmental disabilities, among others.
The Kenwood addition will bring COhatch’s total Cincinnati-area square footage to 40,000. It brings COhatch’s total number of locations open or under development to 25, with total square footage of more than 330,000. Kenwood members will be welcome to use workspace at the company’s Mason, Milford and Hyde Park locations in addition to its Columbus and Springfield, Ohio and Indianapolis locations. As they open, members also will have access to the Milford, Cleveland and Tampa locations.
COhatch plans to open a total of 10 locations in the Cincinnati area.
