COhatch Shadyside to open in 2023

COLUMBUS, OHIO, December 14, 2022 – COhatch, a company committed to providing communities with intentional and original spaces to work, collaborate, innovate and socialize, is set to open its second Pittsburgh location, COhatch Shadyside, in 2023. 

The company has shared designs for COhatch Shadyside, located at 5438 Walnut Street in the city’s vibrant Shadyside neighborhood. Surrounded by the shopping and dining district, COhatch Shadyside will feature over 13,000 square feet and three floors of shared workspace, private offices, social space, a game room with a pool table, meeting/event venues and more.  

“We want our members to experience new ways they can work together and celebrate each other in the comfort of their own community,” said Matt Davis, co-founder and CEO of COhatch. “Walnut Street is already an incredible entertainment district, and we know this site will only increase the community innovation and collaboration that’s already been established. Members will be able to network with local businesses, host corporate meetings and life celebrations, collaborate with their teams and more. We’re excited to expand our presence in this amazing city.”  

The company has two additional Pittsburgh locations in development, COhatch Waterfront and COhatch Southside Works. Each site will incorporate coworking seats, spacious private offices, with unique event/meeting venues, member amenities and more.

Pittsburgh members will be able to use workspace at the company’s Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland and Springfield, Ohio; Indianapolis, Indiana and Tampa Bay, Florida locations. COhatch plans to open a total of 500 locations in 50 cities across the U.S. by 2032.
