Introducing Lani (pronounced LAH-nee) Rooftop Lounge – The Lani Rooftop Lounge, a Hawaiian-inspired name with meanings tied to sky or heaven, will be an elevated indoor and outdoor experience on the roof of COhatch Powell. This new concept will be open to the public for all to enjoy. Private bookings for social and corporate events will be available to members and non-members with first bookings starting in late 2025. COhatch members will have VIP access and special perks, like bartending classes and special reservations, adding even more value to their memberships.

60 East Member House – Adding to the Powell location’s offerings, 60 East will be a fully restored historic home for members to work and meet in. The cozy and polished atmosphere will allow members to feel more connected to nature while at work, while also having the opportunity to book this location for private events as part of COhatch’s Free Life Event member perk.
